There we will cover finPOWER Connect Cloud, E-Signatures, Page Sets, New Centrix Products, Gem Box, Deposits and review of conversion updates. Jenny and Andrew will be away and I am sure they will come back armed with information!

This Add-On feature has now been installed at one of our Transport sites and the feedback to date "Drivers Love It, no more filling in pieces of paper!" Great work team assisting a client to work smarter.
More enhancements are currently being worked on and will be released in our next version, these will provide more flexibility for dispatchers when dates are unknown, recurring jobs and rollover of uncompleted jobs.

Ensuring you have reset the accumulators
After running your first pay run you are able to check to ensure the accumulators have been reset. To do this you will need to:
- go to tools
- select End of Tax Year
- select Trial Balance (YTD)
If the accumulators have reset then this report will only show one pay run year to date figures. If this is not the case please contact us for assistance, DO NOT RUN ANOTHER PAY RUN.

What about my data?
For those that have embraced the Cloud and enjoying access to your data anywhere, anytime, have you ever wondered what will happen to that data if you stop or change subscribers?
We all know that you have to store your business records as part of your tax obligations for a retention period (normally 7 years) under the Tax Administration Act, but what if you stop or change Cloud providers what happens to your business data? Will you have access to your data if it is required in the future?
If you have answered No or unsure it may pay to ask your Cloud provider what your options are or alternatively save all your data on to your own computer each year. Defeats the purpose of a Cloud Subscription does it not?
