Helen drives a strong team of consultants, developers and support personnel who have assisted with her company being in business for over 25 years, which is no mean feat in the software world. Originally from a planning and analyst background in Dunedin, Helen very early on saw the need for efficient customised software systems for local businesses in the South Island. Helen's vision was insightful and HHA has continued to expand as it has successfully enabled many New Zealand businesses to improve their management systems.

Jenny an original team member has returned after working in the transport industry, financial management, account and office management. Jenny enjoys building relationships with our clients and their staff to ensure the success of their business utilising software that HHA sell, support and train. Working with a friendly, enthusiastic team of like minded people is one of the best things working for HHA along with the challenges, the never ending learning of new skills and the variation of work. Outside of HHA Jenny enjoys gardening, socialising and community event management and involvement.

Andrew joined the HHA team in mid 2014 to assist us in supporting our growing number of Finance Clients. Andrew comes from a background of IT having had experience in LINC applications systems with Cadbury Confectionery and Silver Fern Farms Limited. Andrew enjoys a challenge and has quickly become familiar with the finPOWER and finPOWER Connect programs. Andrew works closely with our Consultants and Programming Staff, ensuring what a client requests is what is achieved and delivered. Andrew is familiar with those trickier set ups involved in forming workflows, using decision cards and specifying requirements for documentation required. The best part of the job of course is working alongside Jenny and the challenge involved in learning new skills and working as a team to achieve the desired result for the client. Outside of HHA Andrew enjoys cycling, travel and gardening.
